Charissa

Charissa graduated from SUNY Oswego where she received her Bachelor of the Arts in Communications with a minor in Health Science. After graduation, she developed food allergies which inspired her to obtain her Master’s in Applied Nutrition from Russell Sage College. During her last semester, she simultaneously opened and managed a natural foods market in downtown Albany, named Steuben Street Market. She is currently a co-owner and the managing-operator of the establishment. Charissa became one of our Wellness Coaches back in August 2014 and works one-on-one with clients, which allows her to promote healthful meal ideas that sustain motivation.
