Ashlee

Ashlee graduated from Russell Sage College with a Bachelors in Nutrition Science. She currently works full time as a Nutritionist for the WIC program. She became interested in nutrition at a very young age with the influence of her mother. After being overweight most of her teen years she decided to make a change and started eating healthier. Once high school ended she decided to that she wanted to help others on their journey to get healthy so she enrolled in college to become a Nutritionist. Later becoming a mom and then developing food allergies herself it made her realize even more the importance of nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle. She loves helping others to lose weight and learn more about nutrition so that they can help pass this on to their families!
