Amber has a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science from Russell Sage College, is a certified health coach, and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. In her own words, “I have always been very passionate about the importance of physical fitness and proper nutrition. Because of my own struggles with weight and finding a healthy balance, I can relate a lot to clients who are struggling to reach their goals. The education component is critical to creating and maintaining a health lifestyle. It is so rewarding to help people conquer their health and fitness goals whether that means dropped a dress size, making it through a workout without quitting, increasing their energy, or gaining confidence.
